When will I get my previews?

Approximately one to two weeks after the date of your sitting.

When and how do I pay for my portraits?

When you pick up your proofs there is a $100 deposit required at that time. However, this deposit applies to your order. An appointment to place your order will be given when you pick up your previews. When you place your order 50% of the total will be needed at that time.

When can I order the portraits I want?

Not until after you have seen your previews. We will notify you when they are ready. When you take them home to think about your selection we'll give you a return date of approximately one week.

When will my finished portraits be ready?

Approximately two to three weeks from the date your order is placed, depending on the workflow.

May I keep the previews?

All previews are the property of the studio and must be returned by the due date. Previews not returned by the due date will be billed at the rate of $15.00 each. However, there are a variety of ways to purchase your previews. Please feel free to ask.

About Color

Please note that when ordering your finished color portraits, attention is given to attaining the best skin tones. The color of your reprints may differ from that of the previews. If you would like to match the color or finish of another print, you must bring it to the attention of one of our sales staff when placing your order.

If you wear glasses...

To elimitate reflections and distortion in eyeglass lenses, we recommend you obtain a set of empty frames from your optometrist. There will be an additional charge for corrective retouching on glasses.

* Full Res File - This file is sized to produce a good copy for use in Big Signs or Billboard Advertising. You have un limited use of this file. You can print your own hard copies if you wish.
